Who we are

Starplay LLC ("Starplay", "we", "us") provides fully staffed party experiences — inflatables, soft play setups, slime-making parties, and party hosting. We're based in Middletown, NY and serve the Hudson Valley — Orange, Rockland, Ulster, Dutchess, and Westchester counties — plus New York City and Bergen County, NJ.

Every event is staffed

We don't rent equipment without staff. Every Starplay event includes our trained crew, who handle delivery, setup, hosting, supervision, and teardown, and every piece of equipment is sanitized before your event. That's the product: you get to be a guest at your own party.

Quotes and booking

• You tell us your date, location, and what you'd like — we reply with a custom quote, usually within the hour. A quote is not a booking by itself.
• A 30% deposit paid securely online locks in your date. The balance is due on event day.
• Events have a 4-hour minimum, and bundle savings are applied automatically in your quote when you combine services.
• Popular weekend dates usually book 2–4 weeks out; last-minute requests are always worth asking about.

Travel

Delivery is free within 15 miles of our Middletown, NY base. Beyond that, a per-mile travel fee applies and is included right in your quote — no surprises. Trips past 40 miles are quoted individually.

Your venue

We're easy guests, but a few basics help event day go smoothly: inflatables need reasonably level ground and a standard power outlet within reach; slime parties need a few tables to work on (we cover them); soft play fits almost anywhere. After you request your quote, we confirm all venue details with you so event day holds zero surprises.

Rescheduling and cancellation

We keep it flexible — see our Cancellation & Weather Policy. The short version: if the forecast turns or your plans change, we'll work with you to find a new date, and your deposit simply transfers to the rescheduled date.

Insurance

We're fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance naming your venue, school, or facility. Email [email protected] to confirm the coverage details your venue needs.
