• Quote requests — your name, phone, email, event date, event zip code, event type, guest count, the services you'd like, hours, indoor/outdoor setting, and any notes you add.
• Chat widget — if you check your travel zone, the zip code you enter; if you request a callback, the name and phone number you leave.
• Email — anything you send to [email protected].

How we use it

To do the thing you asked us to do: prepare your custom quote, answer your questions, confirm venue details, and plan and run your event. If you book, we also use your details to collect your deposit securely online and coordinate event day.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to your event.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the website and bookings work — the platform that hosts this site, the service that delivers our emails, and (when you pay a deposit) a payment processor. Each receives only what's needed for its job.

Cookies and analytics

We don't use advertising cookies or trackers. Our hosting platform may process basic technical data (like requests to the site) to keep things fast and secure, and we may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand site traffic. Travel-zone checks look up distance from a zip code — the zip is used for the estimate, not to identify you.
